Travel outside our regular coverage area may incur additional fees or require referral to a trusted partner.
3. Payments & Billing
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged in writing.
We accept payment by:

For veterinary or agricultural clients with established accounts, Net 15 or Net 30 terms may apply. Late payments may be subject to a service fee.
4. Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible.
Cancellations made after the technician has been dispatched may result in a service fee to cover travel and time expenses.
5. Service Limitations
Our services are provided as-is and may vary based on the condition, size, or location of the animal, as well as site accessibility.
We do not:
Provide emergency veterinary or rescue services
Offer medical care or diagnosis
Guarantee odor elimination in cases where structural cleanup is required beyond surface treatment
We reserve the right to decline service if it presents a safety hazard, violates local law, or exceeds our operational capabilities.

Damage caused by pre-existing conditions or structural issues on your property
